5. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

To ensure product authenticity, all orders are fulfilled and shipped internationally from our facility in South Korea. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Depending on your shipping destination, your order will be shipped on either a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. For DDP regions, we cover import taxes upfront. For DDU regions, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties or import taxes upon arrival.
