Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

Shipping is available only to countries chosen by Seoul Luma, based on logistics and customs considerations.

Available shipping methods:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • Korea Post EMS
  • EMS S Package (for small and affordable parcels)
  • U.S. Standard Package (tariff fully covered by Seoul Luma, see below)

We do not ship to domestic South Korean addresses.

All available shipping options and costs for your destination will be shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak or promotional periods.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

The United States Standard Package allows customers to avoid tariff fees, but other customs taxes or fees (such as VAT) may still apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local delivery delays, or external conditions.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by the destination country. Except for the U.S. Standard Package where Seoul Luma covers tariffs, these costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs processing. Please contact your local customs office for details before ordering.

5. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please confirm your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by an incorrect address.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs/duties (except for U.S. Standard Package), or failure to claim, the original shipping fee and any return charges from the carrier will be deducted from your refund. For reshipments, shipping must be repaid.
