1. Shipping Costs & Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates with a rewarding free shipping threshold for our global customers.

  • Free Air Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $69.00 USD and above.
  • Standard Flat Rate: For orders under $69.00 USD, a flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD applies, regardless of package weight or size.

2. Customs, Duties & Taxes

To provide the most transparent and seamless shopping experience, our import tax and duty policies vary depending on your shipping destination.

DDP Taxes & Duties Included:

  • Applies to: United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Thailand, Israel, Georgia, and European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland), Chile, Colombia, Mexico.
  • Policy: Great news! All applicable import duties, VAT, and taxes are already included in the product price. The price you see is the final price—there are absolutely no surprise charges or hidden fees upon delivery.

Checkout Calculated at Checkout:

  • Applies to: Canada
  • Policy: Applicable sales tax and duties (GST/HST) will be automatically calculated and applied to your total at checkout based on your province. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees when the package arrives.

DDU Taxes & Duties NOT Included:

  • Applies to: United Kingdom, Albania, Brazil, Montenegro, Philippines, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and all other regions not listed above.
  • Policy: Displayed product prices and shipping fees do not include destination customs duties, VAT, or local taxes. Any customs fees or import taxes incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Because customs policies vary widely by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or South Korean public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Note: Processing timelines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

4. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

Seoul Luma ships directly from our fulfillment center in South Korea to customers worldwide. At the time of dispatch, our system automatically selects the optimal premium air freight carrier based on your destination and real-time logistics conditions to ensure the highest delivery success rate.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, please refer to the following estimated transit times:

  • Asia & Middle East: 4 – 9 business days
  • North America (US, Canada): 7 – 14 business days
  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 7 – 12 business days
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 10 – 16 business days
  • South America & Other Regions: 10 – 20 business days

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched from South Korea, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, missing, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or unpaid customs fees (for DDU countries), reshipment fees may apply.
