Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We proudly ship internationally from our base in South Korea. Our primary carriers are Korea Post's reliable K-Packet and EMS services. Please note that we currently do not ship to domestic addresses within South Korea.

While we ship to many countries worldwide, some regions may have shipping restrictions. All available shipping options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or South Korean public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's total weight and destination. The final cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

Below are our estimated delivery timeframes. These are estimates and do not include the initial processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, or other external factors.

  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Middle East & Other Regions: 10–21 business days

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Important: All international packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Seoul Luma is not responsible for any delays or costs caused by customs processing. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's status.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to claim, the original shipping charges and any return fees charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. If you request the order to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
