1. Shipping Destinations & Methods

Seoul Luma ships to select countries worldwide. We partner with a network of premium air freight carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly from Korea.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Korean public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak promotional periods.

All orders are shipped directly from South Korea. Please note that processing timelines are based on Korea Standard Time (KST).

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We offer a simple and transparent shipping rate for all our customers.

  • Flat Rate Air Shipping: We provide a flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD on all orders, regardless of weight or size.
  • Estimated Delivery: Average delivery times range from about 4–20 business days depending on the destination and the selected carrier route.
*Note: Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal service delays.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: With the exception of eligible U.S. shipments described below, all customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
  • Customs Clearance: Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are out of our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information before placing an order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to claim the package, the original shipping cost and return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
