2. Conditions for a Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged during transit.
• The item is defective or expired.
• You received the wrong item (not matching your order confirmation).

To be eligible:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide photo or video evidence of the issue.

3. How to Request a Return

2. Wait for our team to review and approve the request.
3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

⚠️ Do not send back any products before receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
