3. Multi-Currency Processing

To provide a seamless local shopping experience, we support **multi-currency checkout** through Shopify Payments. Prices will be automatically displayed and processed in your **local currency** based on your shipping destination whenever supported.

If your local currency is not supported, the transaction will be processed in our base currency, **USD (United States Dollars)**. Please note that while we do not charge extra currency conversion fees, your bank or credit card issuer may apply their own foreign transaction fees according to their policies.

4. Secure Transactions & Data Protection

Your financial security is our highest priority. All transactions are processed through highly encrypted, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways powered by Shopify Payments.

Seoul Luma uses advanced tokenization and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card details or bank account information on our servers at any time during or after the transaction.

5. Order & Payment Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of checkout. Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment only after the payment has been successfully authorized and verified by your card issuer. Orders with incomplete, declined, or suspected fraudulent payments will be automatically canceled by our system.

6. Payment Issues & Troubleshooting

If you experience issues completing your payment, we recommend the following steps:

• Ensure your billing address exactly matches the address registered with your bank.
• Verify that your card supports international and online e-commerce transactions.
• Check your card's daily spending limits or contact your bank to authorize the purchase.
