2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally from our base in South Korea to many countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Singapore, and most of Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@seoul-luma.com to inquire about shipping options.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and the shipping method you choose (e.g., K-Packet or EMS). The final cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

4. How long does shipping take?

Below are our estimated delivery timeframes. Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance or local postal service delays in your country.

Due to the nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items.
