1. Are all your products authentic?

Yes, 100%. We only sell authentic Korean beauty products. All items are sourced directly from official brands and verified distributors in South Korea. We do not sell fakes, replicas, or expired items.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping availability and rates will be shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, please contact us at info@seoul-luma.com for assistance.

3. What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Standard International Shipping: Reliable tracked international shipping for most destinations.
  • K-Packet (Small Packet): Lightweight tracked mail suitable for smaller items.

All available shipping methods and pricing will be displayed at checkout.

4. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times (may vary by customs and local postal processing):

  • Standard International Shipping: 8–14 business days on average
  • K-Packet (Small Packet): 10–20 business days on average

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal.

You can also pay with any major credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) through PayPal Guest Checkout, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

7. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees depending on your country's regulations.

For U.S. customers: Tariff fees for qualifying shipments are covered by Seoul Luma. Other taxes (such as state/local taxes) may still apply.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@seoul-luma.com. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.

9. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened and unused. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
