Most orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis whenever available for your destination. This means duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are handled upfront to help prevent surprise charges upon delivery.
For some destinations, duties or taxes may be collected at checkout in order to complete DDP delivery.
Please note that DDP availability depends on the destination country, local customs regulations, and carrier service conditions. Some regions may be shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and local duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged upon delivery by your country.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@seoul-luma.com.
We may be able to update or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
If you would like to change a product, we may need to cancel the original order and ask you to place a new order, depending on the order status.
Due to the personal care nature of skincare and beauty products, we can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@seoul-luma.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or partially used products, or for reasons such as personal skin reaction, texture preference, scent preference, or change of mind.
If you experience an unusual skin reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us. While opened or used products are generally not eligible for return, our team will review each case carefully.
All approved returns must be sent back to our South Korean facility. Once the return is received and approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
